Workspace Settings

Workspace Settings is where you configure the core identity and behavior of your workspace. Access it from Settings → General.

General Information

  • Workspace name — The display name shown across the platform and to team members.
  • Contact email and phone — Default contact info associated with the workspace.
  • Address — Business address used for forms, invoices, and other workspace-level context.

Branding

  • Brand color — Choose from a preset palette or enter a custom hex value. The brand color is applied across the UI, forms, and client-facing pages.
  • Logo — Upload a workspace logo. It appears in the sidebar, shared forms, and anywhere the workspace is identified visually.

Timezone & Locale

Set the workspace timezone to ensure dates, times, and scheduled events display correctly for your team. The timezone setting affects calendar events, task due dates, and analytics date ranges.

Workspace Type

Kamptrix supports two workspace types:

  • Agency — For agencies managing multiple clients. Enables sub-accounts (client workspaces), the agency analytics rollup, and agency-specific roles.
  • SaaS — For teams using Kamptrix as an internal platform. Streamlined settings without the multi-client layer.

The workspace type determines which features and navigation options are available. You can change the type from this settings page.

Module Visibility

Control which modules are visible in your workspace's navigation. Toggle modules on or off to tailor the experience for your team:

  • Hiding a module removes it from the sidebar and navigation — data is preserved, not deleted.
  • Re-enabling a module restores access immediately.

This is useful for keeping the interface focused on the tools your team actually uses.

Deleting a Workspace

Workspaces can be soft-deleted, which moves them to the trash rather than destroying them immediately. Soft-deleted workspaces:

  • Are hidden from normal navigation and search.
  • Can be recovered from Settings → Trash within the retention window.
  • Are permanently removed after the retention period expires.
caution

Only Agency Owners and Agency Admins can delete or restore workspaces. Make sure important data is exported before deletion if you don't plan to restore.
