Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Kamptrix in five steps. This guide walks you through the essentials so you can start managing client work right away.
Step 1: Log In and Explore the Home Dashboard
After signing in, you'll land on the Agency Home dashboard. This is your command center — it shows a summary of recent activity, upcoming tasks, and key metrics across all your client workspaces. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the cards and widgets displayed here.
Step 2: Understand the Layout
The Kamptrix interface is built around three navigation areas. The Icon Bar runs along the left edge and gives you access to every major module. The Context Bar sits next to it and shows sub-navigation for whichever module you've selected. The Global Header across the top contains your workspace switcher, search, and notifications.
Step 3: Navigate to a Workspace
Click the workspace switcher in the top-left corner of the header to see all your client workspaces. Select a client to enter their dedicated workspace, where you'll find their projects, chat channels, and settings. You can return to the agency-wide view at any time by selecting "All Clients."
Step 4: Check Your Tasks in My Work
Open the Home module from the Icon Bar to access "My Work" — a personalized view of all tasks assigned to you across every workspace. Use this as your daily starting point to see what needs attention, what's due soon, and what's been recently updated.
Step 5: Connect Google Calendar
Head to Settings → Connections and link your Google Calendar account. Once connected, your external events will appear alongside Kamptrix tasks and deadlines in the Calendar module, giving you a complete picture of your schedule without switching apps.
