QR Codes

Generate QR codes that link directly to your forms or any URL. QR codes are useful for print materials, signage, events, and anywhere you want to give people quick access to a form without typing a URL.

Generating a QR Code​

  1. Open a form from the Forms list.
  2. Click the QR Code option in the form toolbar or share menu.
  3. Kamptrix generates a QR code linked to the form's public URL.

You can also create standalone QR codes linked to any URL — not just Kamptrix forms.

Customizing Appearance​

Adjust the QR code to match your brand:

  • Color — Change the foreground and background colors.
  • Size — Set the dimensions for your intended use (screen display vs. large-format print).
  • Logo overlay — Add your logo or an icon to the center of the QR code.

Downloading​

Download your QR code as a PNG image for use in:

  • Business cards and brochures
  • Posters and signage
  • Presentations and slide decks
  • Email campaigns

For print materials, generate the QR code at a larger size to maintain sharpness when scaled.

Best Practices​

  • Test before printing. Scan the QR code with a phone to confirm it opens the correct form.
  • Provide context. Add a short caption near the QR code telling people what they'll get when they scan it (e.g., "Scan to fill out our feedback form").
  • Keep good contrast. Dark foreground on a light background scans most reliably.
