Forms Overview

The Forms module lets you build custom forms for collecting data from clients, prospects, or internal teams. Forms live inside your workspace and can be organized with labels for easy filtering.

Form Types​

Kamptrix supports two form layouts:

  • Classic — A traditional single-page form where all fields are visible at once. Best for shorter forms or when respondents need to see the full scope before starting.
  • Card — A one-question-per-screen experience where respondents step through fields individually. Best for longer forms or when you want a guided, conversational flow.

You can switch between Classic and Card layout at any time from the Form Builder's design panel.

Sharing & Distribution​

Every form gets a unique public link you can share with anyone — no login required. You also have several distribution options:

  • Public link — Copy the URL and send it via email, chat, or any channel.
  • Embed — Drop the form into a website using the provided embed code.
  • QR code — Generate a scannable QR code that links directly to the form. See QR Codes for details.

Labels​

Apply labels to forms for organization and quick filtering. Labels are workspace-scoped, meaning the same label set is available across forms, tasks, and other modules. Create and manage labels from the form list view or from workspace settings.
