Form Builder
The Form Builder is a drag-and-drop editor for creating and customizing forms. Open it by selecting a form from the Forms list or by creating a new form.
Adding Fields
Drag field types from the left sidebar onto the form canvas. Fields are grouped into categories:
Basic Fields

Reordering Fields
Drag fields on the canvas to reorder them. In Card mode, a Question Order panel in the sidebar lets you reorder questions using drag handles or arrow buttons.
Conditional Logic
Set up rules that show, hide, or skip fields based on previous answers. Open the conditions panel from the form settings to configure logic like:
- Show field B only when field A equals a specific value.
- Skip to a later page when a condition is met.
- Require a field conditionally.
Custom Styling
The Design panel gives you control over visual appearance:
- Colors — Set background, text, button, and accent colors.
- Styles — Choose fonts, border radius, and field spacing.
- Layout — Switch between Classic and Card form types, configure alignment and width.
Form Settings
Access settings from the gear icon in the builder toolbar:
- Form name and description — Displayed to respondents at the top of the form.
- Slug — Customize the URL path for the public link.
- Submit button text — Change the label on the submit button.
- Confirmation message — What respondents see after submitting.
- Notifications — Configure email alerts when a submission comes in.
Preview
Click the eye icon in the toolbar to preview your form as respondents will see it. Toggle between desktop and mobile previews to verify responsiveness.
