Notifications

Kamptrix keeps you informed about activity across your workspaces through real-time notifications.

Notification types​

You'll receive notifications for the following events:

  • Task assigned — a task has been assigned to you
  • Mentioned — someone used @your name in a chat message or task comment
  • Status changes — a task you're involved with moved to a different status

Notification bell​

The notification bell sits in the top bar and is visible from every page. Click it to open a dropdown with your most recent notifications. Each item links directly to the source — click a notification to jump straight to the relevant task, message, or comment.

Do Not Disturb​

When you need focused time, enable Do Not Disturb mode to pause all notifications.

  1. Click your user avatar or name in the top-right corner to open the user menu.
  2. Select Do Not Disturb.
  3. Choose a duration or leave it on until you turn it off manually.

While Do Not Disturb is active, notifications are silenced. They'll still be collected in your Inbox so you can catch up later.

Notification preferences​

Customize which notifications you receive and how they're delivered:

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar or user menu.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
  3. Toggle individual notification types on or off according to your preference.

Adjusting these preferences lets you reduce noise while staying informed about the activity that matters most to you.
