Inbox
The Inbox is your central hub for everything that needs your attention. Find it in the sidebar of the Home module.
What appears in the Inbox
The Inbox collects activity directed at you or relevant to your work:
- Task assignments — when someone assigns a task to you
- @mentions — when you're mentioned in a chat message or comment
- Status changes — when a task you're involved with moves to a new status
- Comments — when someone comments on a task you created or are assigned to
Items are listed in reverse chronological order so the most recent activity is always at the top.
Inbox vs. the notification bell
Kamptrix has two places where you'll see notifications, and they serve different purposes:

Think of the notification bell as a quick peek — it shows recent alerts in a dropdown so you can stay oriented without leaving your current page. The Inbox is where you go when you're ready to sit down and work through everything that's come in.
