Manage Data
The Manage Data page lets you configure how analytics data is collected, mapped, and displayed in your workspace.
Data Sources
Review which integrations are feeding data into your analytics dashboard. Each connected app appears as a data source with its sync status. If a source shows an error, reconnect it from Apps & Integrations.
Salespeople Mappings
Map team members in Kamptrix to salespeople records in your CRM. This enables per-person performance tracking in the analytics dashboard.
To set up mappings:
- Go to Analytics → Manage Data → Salespeople.
- Match each Kamptrix user to their corresponding CRM record.
- Save the mappings.
Once mapped, analytics can break down metrics like deals closed, revenue, and activity by individual team member.
Workflow Data Settings
Configure how workflow and pipeline data from your CRM is categorized and displayed:
- Pipeline selection — Choose which CRM pipelines appear in your analytics.
- Stage mapping — Map CRM pipeline stages to Kamptrix categories for consistent reporting.
- Metric definitions — Define which fields count as revenue, conversion events, or other KPIs.
Refreshing Data
Data syncs automatically on a regular schedule. To trigger a manual refresh, use the refresh button on the Manage Data page. Sync frequency depends on the integration — most update at least once per hour.
